About This Program
SMPL Strategies operates an A2P 10DLC-registered SMS program that delivers transactional and operational messages to business owners who have provided documented affirmative consent through the online intake form. Messages support the operational delivery of the website design, digital marketing, and advertising management services SMPL Strategies provides. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS, and we do not contact recipients who have not consented through the intake form.
SMPL Strategies operates under the Twilio A2P 10DLC framework. The Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Short Code Monitoring Handbook and carrier guidelines govern how we collect, send, and manage SMS communications.
Online Intake Form Consent
Every SMS recipient on our program has provided affirmative consent through the online intake form. We retain a contemporaneous audit record of each consent for the duration of the relationship plus four years.
Consent Through the Online Intake Form
Business owners opt in by submitting the intake form at demo.smplstrategies.com/intake. The form requires an explicit SMS consent checkbox to submit; the form will not submit with the consent checkbox unchecked. A required phone number field sits above the consent block. The submit handler validates the consent checkbox before any submission proceeds. Audit trail is captured on submission (consent flag, timestamp, source URL).
Frequency: Up to 5 SMS per 30-day sequence related to the intake submission and immediate post-submission engagement.
Common deliverables: intake submission confirmation, follow-up confirmations, scheduled-call reminders.
Opt-In Confirmation
After consent is captured through the intake form, recipients receive a welcome confirmation SMS:
Opt-Out: How to Stop Receiving SMS from SMPL Strategies

Sample Messages
Below are representative examples of messages recipients may receive after consent is captured:
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any SMS messages you receive or send. SMPL Strategies does not charge any fee for the SMS messages themselves, but carrier charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient's carrier account.
Supported Carriers
This program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Data Handling
Phone numbers and consent records collected through this program are stored in our secure systems and used solely for the purpose of this program. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or mobile consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes.
Recipients who opt out are added to an internal suppression list that prevents any future SMS contact from SMPL Strategies. Suppression list records are retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests even if the number is reassigned.
Consent records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus four years per CTIA and TCPA audit requirements.
See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information.
